“Reuniting with our students back in the classroom was truly the highlight of our year! One of my favorite programs, MakerGirl Goes Mobile (MGGM), returned to the road this past summer educating over 650 students across the midwest and southern region. This monumental trip allowed us to educate so many new MakerGirls and reach the milestone of educating over 6,000 students to date. MGGM has a special place in my heart. I joined the organization in 2017 to lead the second MGGM Midwest Edition road trip. This past June I celebrated 5 years with MakerGirl! Thank you to everyone who has believed in us then, everyone who has joined the community since, your passion for MakerGirl has allowed us to grow in remarkable ways.”
